BROOKLYN, MICHIGAN, July 21, 2021 ~ Country musician Luke Combs has paid the funeral expenses of three young men, who died of exposure to carbon monoxide inside a trailer parked at Faster Horses music festival where Combs performed.

Combs’ representative Asha Goodman confirmed the information but Combs did not make any other comment.

\”All of us in the Faster Horses Festival Family are deeply saddened by the tragic losses this weekend…,\” said a Tweet from Faster Horses Festival. \”Our hearts are broken for the families, friends and loved ones.\”

According to reports, the three men, identified as 20-year old Dawson Brown; 19-year old Kole Sova; and 20-year old Richie Mays Jr., were found unresponsive inside a trailer. Two others inside the trailer were unresponsive, but alive, and taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Earlier this year, Luke Combs donated money to support struggling businesses during the pandemic. Last year he and Ford Motor Company donated guitars to veterans with PTSD.

\”That’s the thing with his platform,” said CombsManager Sophia Sansone. “To help others out and to send positive messages and to lift up others through his music and actions,\”

A GoFundMe page for the five men has raised over $60,000.
