Federal judge Linda Parker in Detroit has rejected a lawsuit by Trump supporters that asked the judge to make Pres. Trump the winner of the election in Michigan. The judge released her decision early this morning. The suit was filed by attorney Sidney Powell on behalf of several Trump boosters. The judge in her ruling says the claim that votes for Trump were destroyed or switched was nothing but speculation and conjecture. The ruling says “the people have spoken.”
It’s the latest in a series of unsuccessful attempts by the Trump campaign or Trump supporters to overturn the election results, charging fraud in the handling of mail-in ballots and the counting of ballots by voting tabulation machines and software.
