School Fights Mask Order

A small religious school in West Michigan has been given until Friday to come into compliance with state and local health department requirements, or face closure. The Libertas Christian School in Ottawa County had filed suit in October challenging the order that students had to wear masks, but failed to win relief in both district court and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. The school reopened on Monday after being closed for three weeks because of exposures that officials say occurred outside of the school.
