NBA, NHL Play Resumes

The NBA’s season resumes tonight leading into the playoffs from August 17 to October.
All of the games will be played in a bubble at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World. Players will live, practice and play within the bubble. Fans are not allowed to attend.
Only 22 teams will be returning to play.
Each team will play eight regular season games before the playoffs. The Pistons are not one of the teams, because the Pistons were already out of the playoffs.

National Hockey League play also resumes with an exhibition game today. The games will take place in separate “hubs” in Toronto and Edmonton. The Red Wings are not part of the schedule because they were the last place team in the N-H-L.
