CV Vaccine Candidate Made In Michigan

Two experimental coronavirus vaccines being made in Michigan have received “fast track” status from the Food and Drug Administration.
The vaccines are being developed by Pfizer and BioNTech of Germany.
Manufacturing is taking place at Pfizer’s plant near Kalamazoo

The overall supply will be made in Massachusetts and Missouri and in Germany.
Stage one testing involved hundreds of volunteers. The fast-track determination indicates the results are encouraging.
