New Rules, Data On CV At Nursing Homes

The state health department is now requiring tests for corona virus for all nursing home residents and staff members.  The state health department says 1,947 nursing home residents have died of corona virus in Michigan. That’s 34 percent of all COVID deaths in the state. There have been 20 deaths of nursing home staffers, 7,163 cases among residents, and 3, 133 cases among staff. The state says it contacted all 477 of the nursing homes in the state to get the information.

MICHIGAN REPORTS  THE LOWEST INCREASE IN CORONA VIRUS CASES AND DEATHS IN ALMOST THREE MONTHS. THE STATE REPORTS 74 NEW CASES and TWO NEW DEATHS, THE LOWEST NUMBERS SINCE MARCH 21ST.
