The state labor director, Jeff Donofrio, says — keep trying. He says he logged in during an interview on the Frank Beckmann show.
Donofrio says they have called in extra help, including former employees, to handle the crush of applications.
He assures Michigan jobless that they will eventually receive their benefits. He warns that the unemployment figures will get bigger.
