A former Michigan State Police trooper is given a year in jail for beating up his girlfriend. 25 year old Adam Mullin worked at the Caro state police post. He has already been in jail for 5 months, and he now goes on probation. The victim is also a state trooper. The sentence was handed down in Huron County.
