The fired Rochester High School teacher accused of having sex with 2 students is due back in court today.
It’s a probable cause conference in advance of next weeks scheduled preliminary exam for 26 year old Kathryn Houghtaling.
The Sterling Heights woman was a special education teacher for one of the alleged victims.
A parent on one of the students came across a video of a teacher partying with students and reported it to authorities.
The Oakland County Sheriff’s department investigated and deputies say she admitted having sex with a 16 and a 17 year old student.
The charges against Houghtaling, who is married, are 15 year felonies.
