More disturbing details are emerging from the investigation into 46-year-old Jeffrey Willis of Muskegon Township. The married factory worker is accused of kidnapping a 16-year-old girl last month while she was walking alone in West Michigan. She escaped. Police say they have found photographs of chained and bound women in a minivan belonging to Willis. They also found a gag, wrist restraints, mask, hand cuffs, rope and a gun with ammo in the van. In addition, authorities say they found syringes filled with liquid believed to be a sedative.Police are now investigating whether he has any connection to two other high profile cases involving women. Willis is being held on a one-million-dollar bond.
