Bob Bashara is in Wayne County Court, asking for another trial. Bashara claims the lawyers for his first trial were incompetent. On the stand, Grosse Pointe Park Police Chief David Hiller, said the Grosse Pointe Park businessman did not look like a grieving husband after his wife Jayne was found brutally murdered. That, he says, sent up a red flag.
