Michigan may become first state to allow medical marijuana for children with severe autism

Michigan could become the first state in the nation to allow medical marijuana for children with severe autism. The state’s medical marijuana review board voted 4-2 to recommend autism as a condition that qualified for use of the drug. The recommendation will now be reviewed by the Snyder Administration.
