Sold! The Fisher and Albert Kahn buildings in Midtown has sold for 12.2 million dollars. The structures were offered for sale on an on line bidding site. Bidding started at $3.5 million. The buildings sold for $31 million in 2001. The bidders signed confidentially agreements–it’s not known who had the winning bid
