Michigan State Police are investigating the case of 18-year-old Kyle Baker and want to know what, if anything, was in his system when he was shot and killed by Trenton police after they say he attacked officers with a lawnmower blade. One officer was cut on the hand. Trenton Police say it happened when officers were responding to a call of highly agitated young man under the influence late Thursday afternoon. The officers say they first tried to subdue Baker with a Taser, and when that was unsuccessful, they fired the one shot that killed the teen.
