I have been married to my loving wife, Tina, for ten years and have a daughter and a son.

I started working for EDS in 1986 after receiving an electronics technician certificate and performing component level computer repair for a year or so. EDS offered me the opportunity to expand my technical knowledge to include plant floor communications, mainframe computing, telephony, computer systems management, and integration. I was delighted to apply all the theoretical and practical electronics, computer architecture, and programming I absorbed in school. In the early 1990’s, PCs starting playing an ever-increasing role in the day-to-day business world and my early experience with IBM PCs and DOS proved very useful.

Currently I provide desk side computer support services. In the past I had performed various job functions: Systems Management for Novell Servers, networking infrastructure specialist, Email services, and Operation Support Specialist (oh my, I don't want to think back that far).

The challenges encountered with diagnosing uncounted Personal Computers, their peripherals, network communications, day-to-day problems has a certain appeal. A computer that does not work properly is not a problem but a mystery. Like any job you have to love what your doing and I like fixing and building things.  I like learning how something works. I was one of those kids who would take things apart and if I was lucky, before my dad found out, put it back together.
