Moving Detroit Forward
This award is presented by Detroit Regional Chamber and News/Talk 760 WJR to an individual who promotes a positive image of Detroit and the region with enthusiasm. The individual may be known for their own quiet actions, or for championing visible projects to improve the region. The individual also communicates optimism and pride for our region's many assets.
Each month a team from News/Talk 760 WJR and the Detroit Regional Chamber will evaluate suggestions from previous recipients, informal discussions and formal nominations. Nominations can be submitted to Tammy Carnrike, COO, Detroit Regional Chamber at 313-596-0380 or Ann Thomas, Executive Producer, News/Talk 760 WJR at 313-875-4440.
