Police in Clinton Township are investigating the fourth fatal car crash in the Township over the past three weeks.
An upstate New York man is in custody in connection with the latest.
Police say he was driving with his seven year old son on Hall Road just after midnight yesterday morning when he hit a curb and crashed into a pole.
The driver was injured and his son was killed.
Police say the driver may have been drunk.
