Nordstrom Set To Close At Partridge Creek

The Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township is about to lose its second anchor store.

The upscale department store Nordstrom will close on Friday.

The Carson’s store at the mall closed last year.

Nordstrom officials said there would be no closing sale at the store.

Remaining merchandise will be sent to Nordstrom’s six other stores in the state, or sold on-line.

The closing will affect 105 employees at the mall.

The Lakeside Mall in Sterling Heights is also losing another anchor store.

The Lord and Taylor store will close next Sunday.

The Sears store at the mall had closed last September.
