Night At The Opera Went Bad

Plenty of court action scheduled for the next couple of days for the Pittsburgh couple suing the Detroit Police Department and the Westin Book Cadillac hotel.
Khari Mosely and his wife Chelsa Wagner had attended a concert in Detroit and had returned to the hotel.

Mosely allegedly got into an argument with the hotel staff which led to police being called.

He was brought to the couple’s room, but police police say his wife tried to interfere and pushed an officer as they were evicting him from the hotel.

The couple says they were abused and mistreated.

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy says videos show police acted with extreme patience.

Wagner has been charged resisting and obstructing police and had a final conference today.

Mosley is scheduled to go on trial tomorrow on charges of disorderly conduct.
