2018 was a better year for Fiat Chrysler. FCA says the average profit-sharing check for hourly workers will be 6-thousand dollars, based on the company’s financial performance of 2018. That’s 10-percent more than the profit-sharing of the year before.
That will affect 44-thousand UAW represented employees.
