John Dingell In Failing Health

John Dingell’s health is deteriorating.
The 92 year old former congressman has suffered a severe setback.

Reports say Dingell has entered hospice care.

His wife, congresswoman Debbie Dingell, did not attend the state of the union address.
Debbie Dingell posted on Twitter,
“friends and colleagues know I would be in Washington unless something was up. I am home with John and we have entered a new phase. I will be taking each day as it comes.
We thank people for their friendship and support and ask for prayers and privacy during this difficult time.”
John Dingell suffered a heart attack last September and has had a series of health problems since before he retired from Congress in 2015.
He held the seat for 59 years and was the longest-serving member of Congress.
