A Livingston County judge will appear on the other side of the bench.
District judge Theresa Brennan is set to have her first hearing in court after being charged with three felonies.
Brennan is charged with perjury, destroying evidence and misconduct in office in connection with her divorce case.
Her ex-husband filed for divorce when it was disclosed that Brennan was having an affair with a state police detective who was appearing in Brennan’s court in a murder case. That case got Brennan in trouble with the state Judicial Tenure Commission.
