Police say a 4-year-old child has died after being shot at a house in Roseville.
Police say, at first, it appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot.
Now police think that 4 year old Braylon Chang may have been killed by another child. The boy and four other little children were playing in the basement of the house when the shooting occurred. Police are talking to the parents, who were at home, but there’s a language barrier.
