One of the largest bowling centers in the region was destroyed by a huge fire.
It destroyed the Nortel Lanes on Telegraph in Monroe.
No one was hurt. The blaze may have started in the kitchen of the bowling alley. An investigation is underway.
Nortel Lanes has been in business since 1961
and was a landmark in Monroe.
The owners say they don’t know if they will rebuild.
