Youth Minister Not Guilty On Morals Charges

A man who was a Detroit-area youth minister has been cleared of charges that he fondled a teen girl on a Michigan train.
Blaine Faircloth Jr. was acquitted of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. The trial was in Washtenaw County court in Ann Arbor.
Faircloth says he’s thankful the jury exonerated him.
Hewas accused of fondling a 14-year-old girl on a Chicago-to-Dearborn Amtrak train in 2012.
He was accused of using his role as a youth pastor to coerce the girl while they returned from a mission to Thailand.
Faircloth at the time worked at Riverview Church of God in Riverview.
