Star Kist Tuna is pleading guilty to price fixing. The U-S Attorney in San Francisco says Star Kist and other co-conspirators got together to fix prices on canned tuna from as early as 2011 thru at least 2013.
Star Kist faces a criminal fine of up to 100-million dollars.
The charges are the result of a Justice Department investigation into the packaged seafood industry.
