A Roseville man is scheduled to be arraigned today on a food law violation that could send him to prison for up to 4 years.
20 year old Jaylon Kerley has been charged with spitting on a pizza he was preparing while working at a concession stand at Comerica Park.
The September 21st incident was captured on video and reported to police by the head of security at the ball park.
Kerley was arrested 2 days later.
Following his arrest, the prosecutors office received numerous phone calls from people who were concerned that Kerley might have had an infectious disease that could have been passed on to them.
He agreed to be tested, was examined and given a clean bill of health.
