A brother and sister accused of being in the country illegally are due in court today for a preliminary exam in the murder of a co-worker in Michigan.
The body of 42 year old Brica Flores-Rivera was found September 1st in Buel Township, which is some 85 miles north of Detroit.
Charged with his murder are Leobardo Torres-Castillo and his sister Francisca.
All three had lived together in Flynn Township and worked on a dairy farm.
Immigration agents say all three were in the United State illegally.
