Detroit Pimp Murdered Hooker’s Customer

A Detroit man is scheduled to be sentenced today in a murder involving a girlfriend he had forced to work as a prostitute.

27 year old Travun Baskerville was convicted of first degree murder in the death of 39 year old Dough Calhoun in the early morning of June 1st.
Baskerville’s 17 year old girlfriend said he used her as an on-line call girl and that she was to have a sexual encounter with Calhoun in Baskerville’s home on Burgess, but that Calhoun demanded his money back when he was told he would have to use a condom.
She says they argued and that Baskerville then came out of a back bedroom and shot Calhoun several times.
The girl was given immunity from prosecution in exchange for information about the murder.
