Police has caught and arrested illegal dumpers in Detroit neighborhoods. Some had their cars towed and they have to pay back the city clean up their mess.
The illegal dumpers are tracked down using surveillance cameras. Police say they include Lee Brassfield, who was caught dumping bags of lawn debris on the street, Ashraf and Muhanned Muhialdeen, who dumped a mattress and other household items two times on the same street, and James Clerk who dumped stacks of fencing on the city street.
The trucks of the dumpers were towed and they pleaded guilty to charges.
