3 people have been shot, two of them children, on Sanford and Conner on Detroit’s east side.
1 man was killed in a hail of bullets that came from a vehicle as that man was standing outside of his car. The children were inside.
Two men are being sought by police.
The two children have been taken to a hospital. One of the children, a girl, was shot and wounded. The other child was injured by a fragment.
