Teen Transferred To Jail, Charged With Killing Parents

The student accused of killing his parents at Central Michigan University has been taken to jail from a hospital.

19 year old James Davis is now held at the Isabella County Jail after being transferred from a hospital, where he was taken after he was captured by police last Saturday.
Davis, of suburban Chicago, is charged with shooting to death his father, James Davis Sr., and his mother Diva Davis inside his dorm room at Campbell Hall last Friday morning. The university shut down the campus.

Police say Davis was captured near railroad tracks after being spotted by a train crewman who thought he might try to jump on the train.
Davis was wearing only his underwear and was acting strangely.

The funeral for the parents will be Saturday in Chicago.
