Health Agencies Warn Of Measles

A measles alert for residents of two counties.
Two confirmed cases of measles have occurred, and others may have been exposed to measles.
Health officials say a child had traveled to another country, flew home with the family, and was contagious.
Now, a second person who was on that flight has measles.
Both of them are from Livingston County.
Health officials asked them where they went.
Officials say you may have been exposed if you went to these locations:
Livingston County, the St. Joseph’s Mercy health facility in Brighton on Monday April 3rd;
the Dragon Court Restaurant in Hamburg Twp. Wednesday April 5th;
In Ann Arbor, Mark’s Midtown Coney Island on Plymouth Road between 12 noon and 3pm on Wednesday April 5th;
Benny’s Family Dining from 12 noon to 3pm on Friday April 7th.
People who were at those places at those times should monitor themselves for symptoms for the next 21 days.
