Waukesha Wisconsin is looking to divert over 8.2 million gallons of water from Lake Michigan per day as it’s new source of drinking water. Congresswoman Candice Miller filled in for Frank Beckmann this morning where she was joined by former Ohio Governor Bob Taft to explain why they both oppose the proposal.
