The Monroe County Sheriff’s department has released photos of a man they are calling a possible witness in the Chelsea Bruck murder case. Bruck’s body was found last April after going missing at a Halloween party in French Township in October of 2014. The Sheriff’s department is asking anyone with any information that may help identify and locate the man in the photo to contact their detective bureau at 734-240-7530.
