Detroit Police Chief James Craig is sending out a message to violent criminals in Detroit. In the last month, a 3-year-old girl was shot and killed, a six-month-old girl was shot and killed and a 4-year old boy was shot and injured over the weekend. Detroit Police Chief James Craig says police are asking community leaders to work with them in an effort to stop the crime. He said this is a ‘build on’ to his ‘operation restore order’ that he introduced a little over two years ago.
