U.S. Supreme Court: teen convicts have right to argue prison release

The United States Supreme Court ruled that no-parole sentences for teenagers convicted of first degree murder is cruel punishment and the teens must have the opportunity to argue their release from prison. Consideration for prison release must take place, no matter how long ago the crime occurred. Hence, the possibility of prison releases exists for some convicts.
